My Tracker Plus Browser Extensions Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Chrome extensions My Tracker Plus Amazon Collector and MyTracker Sync for BFMR. These extensions support a private Amazon-order reconciliation and synchronization workflow for BFMR users. They do not place Amazon orders, make purchases, or modify Amazon account settings.

Information processed

My Tracker Plus Amazon Collector

When this extension processes Amazon order-detail pages, it may collect structured information needed for reconciliation, including:

The Amazon Collector is designed not to transmit the full raw text of Amazon order pages and does not intentionally collect passwords, Amazon authentication credentials, security questions, PINs, browser cookies, or other Amazon session secrets.

MyTracker Sync for BFMR

When this extension synchronizes Amazon purchases with BFMR MyTracker, it may process:

MyTracker Sync for BFMR does not collect or transmit Amazon passwords, Amazon authentication credentials, security questions, PINs, or browser cookies.

How information is used

Information processed by these extensions is used only for their disclosed purposes: collecting Amazon order evidence, synchronizing Amazon orders and shipments with BFMR MyTracker, reconciling shipments and payments, identifying missing or mismatched records, monitoring extension health, and maintaining an audit trail for the user's private workflow.

Where information is sent

Depending on the extension and function being used, required data may be transmitted over HTTPS to BFMR-controlled backend services, including:

The extensions do not sell user data and do not use collected data for advertising.

Data sharing

User data is not sold or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data is processed only as needed to operate the disclosed BFMR reconciliation and synchronization workflows and by service providers used to host those systems.

Authentication and credentials

The extensions operate within the user's already signed-in Amazon browser session and do not transmit Amazon passwords or Amazon session secrets to BFMR. MyTracker Sync for BFMR may store a BFMR authentication token locally in Chrome so it can securely authenticate with BFMR-controlled APIs. That BFMR token is used only for the extension's disclosed synchronization and health-reporting functions.

Remote code

The extensions do not download or execute remotely hosted JavaScript, WebAssembly, or other executable code. All executable extension code is packaged with the extensions. Network requests exchange data, settings, and operational information only.

Data retention and security

Reconciliation and synchronization records may be retained in the user's private backend for accounting, audit, troubleshooting, synchronization, and exception-resolution purposes. Access to the backend is restricted to the user's system. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored and transmitted information.

User control

Either extension can be disabled or removed at any time through Chrome's extension settings. Removing an extension stops future collection and synchronization from that browser. Previously collected reconciliation or synchronization records may remain in the private backend as part of the user's accounting, synchronization, and audit history.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the extensions change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when required, in the Chrome Web Store disclosure information.
